I'm an experienced Salesforce System Administrator and business analyst who loves to solve problems.
Throughout my career I've worked in communications, operations management, business intelligence, and product. This unique set of experience has positioned me perfectly to be able to communicate business needs to IT and software teams as well as being able to effectively communicate technical constraints to stake holders.
There's nothing I like more than to solve problems. Although I'm happy to take a set of well defined requirements and produce the desired outcome, I'm happiest when there's a puzzle for me to solve and I get to be the one to solve it.
I am the Senior Salesforce System Administrator for a complex organization of around 200 internal users. I work with stakeholders in the business to define business processes and then I design, create, and maintain complex automation using Flows, Process Builders and Workflows, as well as implementing and maintaining 3rd party integrations. I am familiar with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Nonprofit Success Pack, Experience Cloud, Tableau CRM, and Pardot.

I work with stakeholders in the business to define business processes and then I design, create, and maintain complex automation using Flows, Process Builders and Workflows to support them. I am familiar with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Tableau CRM, and Pardot.
Designed business process and screen flow to address demanding requirements of a Fortune 5 client which prevented the company from implementing expensive 3rd party software, which they had planned.
I work with Salesforce stakeholders across the company to gather business requirements, write user stories, and coordinate changes in our Salesforce org that will affect multiple departments. I also work with our Salesforce administrators and developers to write release notes and to consult on business needs, train users on new enhancements, and create reports to provide business intelligence to our sales, operations, billing, and other departments.
Part of my duties are Salesforce system administration including creating Dataflows, Recipes and Dashboards in Tableau CRM (formerly Einstein Analytics); creating automation with Flows, Process Builders and Workflows; creating/modifying fields, objects, apps, and page layouts; managing deployments through changesets; mass data manipulation using Dataloader or other tools; as well as other administrative tasks as needed.
Established the role of Salesforce B.A. and created policies, procedures, and metrics for the position.
I worked with the various teams in Operations in project management, process improvement, and business intelligence.
I designed, managed, and created a major improvement to Operations’ priority management process using Microsoft PowerApps.
Using VBA and Excel, I designed and created automated audit output tools saving at least one hundred hours of work a year while ensuring better accuracy to client requirements.
Using Python, I wrote a script to repair 2,700 documents after an IT mishap. When similar efforts were endeavored by hand, repairs took approximately 80 hours.
I managed a team of 11 account managers to improve supplier and contractor compliance. My duties include training, coaching, reporting, analysis, and coordinating with other departments.
I created a suite of new or improved reports using Excel and SharePoint and moved the Operations team to a more data-driven decision-making process. These reports are easier to use and maintain than their predecessors as well as providing more information and being less prone to error.
I taught myself many technical skills including advanced Excel techniques, VBA coding, and SharePoint site collection administration so that Operations could provide themselves with needed tools or reporting without having to tap strained IT resources.
I translated and interpreted French to support a variety of US Armed Forces missions in Europe, Africa, and Asia. I acted as liaison and coordinator for US and international forces as well as elements from the State Department.
Was twice awarded the Army Achievement Medal for my work in supporting military exercises internationally.
I coordinated, created, and managed most interoffice mass communications as well communications to Overstock.com’s 3000 drop-ship partners.
I increased partner participation in an important Christmas promotion by 63% year over year.
I managed over 100 partner accounts to ensure fulfillment standards were being met, and I answered any questions their representatives had about our systems or policies.
I managed a partner who had only a few hundred orders a month when I began managing them who became one of Overstock.com’s top 10 grossing partners.
